Personnel Issues Work Group

I hope two results of the Personnel Issues Work Group effort will be:
1) A transparent process for supervisors to recommend staff for higher than average merits. It is currently unclear.
2) Clear expectations for supervisors as to when a “needs improvement” evaluation is appropriate and what the ramifications will be (i.e., how much extra work for the supervisor).
