Create short term staff share opportunities

Some staff have workloads that ebb and flow. Often they’re incredibly busy but sometimes they don’t have enough to do. We could start documenting smaller one-off projects that would require minimal training. Staff whose workloads are in a lull can voluntarily take on these projects as their schedules and supervisors allow. Maybe it could be considered less a formal staff share, and more a short-term volunteer opportunity.
